The capital of iceland - Reykjavik also know as "the nightlife capital of the north" has got approx. 116.000 inhabitants and over 100 bars and nightclubs - most located on Laugavegur and it's side streets.

Keflavík International Airport (KEF) is located about 50 kilometers southwest of the capital. It is 45 minute drive from Reykjavík. Iceland has no train system so your best option is the flybus, which operates every day, all year long in connection with all incoming flights. Upon exiting customs there's a small ticket office to the right. There's also a ticket automat next to the terminal exit. Buses will be waiting just outside the exit. Credit- & debit cards are accepted. The flybus drops it's passengers off at some of the major hotels & guest-houses in Reykjavík with a last stop at Reykjavík bus station.
